The OENOVITI International Network (Talent and Careers - Young Researchers Work Group) launches every year a call for the OENOVITI International Prize for Young Researchers.
The 2025 call is currently open until 20th January 2025.
The purpose of this initiative is to highlight the work of Young Researchers from institutions from the Network. The winner candidate is awarded a prize of 2000€, and has the opportunity to present their work during the yearly OENOVITI International General Assembly. Travel and 2 nights of accommodation are also offered to the winner in order to attend the event.
Applications
In order to participate, the Young Researcher* must provide an abstract of their work, using the template provided.

Candidates will also have to provide a copy of their PhD diploma/certificate.
The deadline for applications will be on 20th January 2025.

Eligibility
*Definition of Young Researcher: from PhD (degree obtained) to 5 years after PhD graduation.
The Young Researchers should belong or have done their PhD with one of Oenoviti International partner members.
Selection procedure
After the deadline, all applications will be reviewed by a Selection Committee composed of representatives from the OENOVITI International Network.
A shortlist of candidates will be contacted and invited to present their work during an oral presentation on Zoom (around the end of February 2025).
After the oral presentations, the Selection Committee will nominate the successful candidate, who will be invited to attend the next OENOVITI International Symposium and General Assembly on 22nd and 23rd May 2025 in Vienna, Austria.
The Selection Committee has full discretion of the final results.
Prize
The successful Young Researcher will receive a prize of 2000€ from the OENOVITI International Network.
They will also be invited to attend the next OENOVITI International Symposium and General Assembly. Their airfare and 2 nights of hotel will be paid by the Network to attend this event.
