MASTER VINTAGE INTERNATIONAL
Coordinated by Ecole Supérieure d’Agriculture – Angers with a consortium of 12 partner universities around the world.
The objective of the master course is to help students develop both technical and marketing skills on an international scale and to acquire in-depth knowledge in the fields of viticulture, oenology, terroir and wine marketing (wine terroir and firms). Vintage International already has 200 graduates since its creation in 2002.
Course topics include:
- The relation between grape quality and wine quality – Influence of the terroir,
- Analyzing training systems for producing quality grapes,
- Producing sustainable wines,
- Economic and marketing issues of wine markets,
- Strategies of the national and international wine sectors.
