The OENOVITI International Symposium and General Assembly 2026 took place in Porto, Portugal, from May 20 to 22, 2026.
It was hosted by the University of Porto, Faculty of Sciences, in collaboration with the ENOTOUR project.
This year's symposium revolved around the theme:
"Wine sector future, wine tourism digitalization, and sustainable wine consumption: challenges, evolution and prospects"
This OENOVITI International symposium was supported by the OIV Patronage.
